Honestly having a hard time with the “before”

Honestly having a hard time with the “before” and “after”of this space. Feels too good to be true 😭

There is so much work that went into this project and I’m so proud of the result!

And while you only see me here, I couldn’t have done it without my husband. He’s the one who picked out all the materials. We tend to tag team our huge renovations and it’s so fun to work alongside him🤍

We celebrated 5 years of marriage over the weekend and it’s been the best to walk alongside him and create a home with him. We often joke at how similar our styles are that we don’t have to talk about it. 😅

I say it often, but God couldn’t have given me a better life partner. Tyler is such a strong leader and the true visionary of our family. His ability to solve problems and honestly just make things happen is incredible. It’s started to rub off on me (a recovering overthinker).

If you got my newsletter on Friday then you know we are going to be working a kitchen remodel very very soon. 🥳

We’ve toyed with just replacing the flooring but always turns into “if you give a mouse a cookie” situation. So we will be replacing the flooring, new bottom cabinets, adding a dishwasher, new lighting, new sink, and countertops. Oh and painting the upper cabinets 🤪

Woof. Are you ready for that?!
