Renovations are not for the faint of heart 👇🏼

This stair project bumped itself to the forefront of our minds once we realized it needed to be done in order to insulate these two floors properly.

Initially we thought we’d remove the second doorway into the 2nd floor apartment but we realized we wouldn’t have enough space for a door to swing onto the landing. So we pivoted and decided to keep the door and have the stairs come up along side the exterior wall.

We have been project hopping like crazy and we are on the cusp of finishing them all just before the snow flies! 🤞🏼
